From level 1 to 60 you realize fast that it is impossible to do everything you want to do by yourself. No matter how hard you try or what new gear you obtain it requires the teamwork and motivation of a group of people willing to help. This guild was created with the intent of doing great things in the game with the fewest number of people. In our own eyes, it is a good thing to kill a hi level NPC with 50 people, but to do the same job with only 24 people we feel is a greater accomplishment. Therefore, to achieve this, we are very selective of who we allow inside our iron gates. We look for balance and maturity.
Greed does not exist within an elite group as such. In this kind of a group, the person to your left or right having that piece of gear is just as beneficial as you having it yourself.

Our mission is easy because everybody who plays EQ wants that nice robe, armor, or that one hand slash. Then you sit back and look for the people to help you quest and hunt these items. Within this guild we believe obtaining the people you need will be easier because of the common goals the leaders and members strive for. We want for everybody in the guild to succeed in becoming the best by questing and hunting item enhancements (epics) as a guild family. We are a guild dedicated to each other in obtaining these uber items for our members and leaders without the headaches that come with larger guilds.

Note: This guild is set up to run efficiently with little guild leader/officer involvement. If your the type of player who solely depends on being lead by the hand, then this guild is not for you. Our intention is to have a guild full of doers, not loafers. Our members should be self-sufficient in researching information on the web (instead of spamming guild chat with questions without first seeking to find the information on the web). It is our members responsibility to use the web site(s) given to plan raids and events (everquestraids.com), post updates on character levels and general conversing with guild members and other EverQuest players.....

Imagine what we could do if everyone hosted 1 raid a month...or even it 10 people hosted 1 raid a month... BTW, if you become a Raid Master and follow the requirements of a Raid Master, you'll get 1/2 of the PP loot for payment of leading that raid. The other half goes to guild for coffers, dots etc...Good loot is rolled upon a NBG (Need Before Greed) basis... See Oblique Rules ...
